Job description
We have an amazing opportunity for two highly skilled individuals to join our Protection of Title and Declaration team, within Triage as Case Officers. The successful candidates will join the team on permanent contracts.
Purpose and main duties
The Case Officer role sits within the Fitness to Practise department and involves the management of health and character declaration cases, protection of title cases, and reviewing and risk assessing potential fitness to practise concerns. The work consists of reviewing cases, gathering evidence, producing and redacting bundles, and making decisions on progression based on policies and processes. As the first point of contact in the department, Case Officers also answer general enquiry telephone calls and emails.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience of case management and risk assessment, with an understanding of professional regulation or experiencing of working within a legislative framework. They should have excellent verbal and written skills and be able to independently progress cases in line with legislation, defined policies and guidance. They should be well organised, be able to multi-task, and prioritise their work depending on the assessed risk and deadlines set for them. The role also requires attention to detail whilst being able to review large amounts of information in short timeframes.
Location: Hybrid working with a mandatory attendance of 1-2 days a week in our offices in London
