Job description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Administrator to join our busy team. This key role provides a high-quality administrative assistance to the case management and tribunal functions within the Fitness to Practice Department. Team Administrator duties include  providing excellent front-line customer support service by receiving, managing and directing emails and telephone calls to the department. As an Administrator you will be working in a highly collaborative environment, providing vital assistance to the case management process on a daily basis.

 

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to of communicate with team members and various stakeholders in a collaborative manner. The successful candidate will need to have strong organisational and multi-tasking skills, as well as ability to work independently, in a high pressured fast paced environment and prioritise work to achieve deadlines.
