Job description
At the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), we are always on the lookout for top talent to strengthen our dynamic team. We are now seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our talent acquisition strategy, build exceptional teams, and drive innovative recruitment practices across our organisation. This is a Hybrid role, with at least 1-2 days per week at our London Office.

Your Role
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:
* Create and build a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy aligned with our People Strategy.
* Lead a talented team of Talent Acquisition Officers, providing coaching and development support.
* Partner strategically with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to modernise our approach to attracting and hiring talent.
* Oversee end-to-end recruitment campaigns, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout.
* Lead employer branding and outreach initiatives, strengthening HCPC's reputation as an employer of choice.
* Drive inclusive, data-driven recruitment practices, leveraging technology and generative AI to streamline processes.
* Manage recruitment metrics and provide strategic insights to the Executive Leadership Team.
* Tackle hard-to-fill roles through innovative sourcing strategies and market insight.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking someone who:
* Has a solid talent acquisition experience with full-cycle recruiting expertise.
* Possesses excellent communication skills and is able to present effectively to varied audiences.
* Has proven experience in line management, developing and leading teams.
* Can establish credibility with senior leadership and influence talent strategies.
* Has strong knowledge of employment law and recruitment best practices.
* Is educated to degree level or equivalent, with CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards it).
* Has experience with e-recruitment systems and proficiency with social media and professional networks.

Location: Hybrid working with a mandatory attendance of 1-2 days a week at our office in London
