Job description

HCPC is looking for an Internal Communications and Engagement Manager (part-time) to join us on very short notice. The role will be fixed 3 months contract working 2 - 3 days per week. The Internal Communications and Engagement Manager will deliver timely, clear and impactful employee engagement communication plans and activities which showcase our values and enable delivery of HCPC’s strategic priorities. The post holder will also provide guidance to management on employee engagement.

 

Role profile

  • Create and co-deliver timely, clear and impactful employee engagement communication plans and activities which showcase our values and enable delivery of HCPC’s strategic priorities, including an all-employee event and one business change activity.
  • Manage production of the all-staff newsletter, including, email design, proofing, house styling, copy writing and data handling.
  • Manage the delivery of one bi-monthly all staff briefing including co-creating the agenda, developing content and managing speakers.
  • Ad hoc copy writing, including rewriting, optimising, and editing messaging and content developed by other internal stakeholders for publication via internal channels as required.
  • Provide guidance to management on requirements for future employee engagement and internal communications activity.
