Job description

We are looking for a dynamic Training & Development Partner to play a key role in enhancing the quality and progression of Fitness to Practise (FTP) cases. You’ll deliver high impact training, support case teams with technical expertise, and help embed best practice across our operational processes. Working closely with managers and stakeholders, you will identify skills gaps, design and deliver engaging learning solutions, and ensure our teams have the tools, guidance and confidence to carry out high quality, timely investigations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a complex environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about professional development and public protection.

 

Your role

As a FTP Training and Development Partner your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and deliver engaging induction and core skills training.
  • Provide hands on case support including drafting, evidence review and risk assessment.
  • Develop clear, accessible guidance and best practice standards.
  • Use data and feedback to evaluate training impact and drive improvement.
  • Support a culture of continuous learning, innovation and excellent service.

What we're looking for

We are seeking someone who:

  • has experience training, facilitation or coaching experience, ideally within healthcare regulation or legal settings.
  • has a strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex processes simply.
  • has experience drafting guidance and working within policy frameworks.
  • is able to work collaboratively, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • can demonstrate creative problem solving skills and confidence managing multiple initiatives at pace.
  • is genuinely  committed to public protection and regulatory excellence.

Location: Hybrid working with a mandatory attendance of 1 to 2 days a week at our office in London
