Job description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Case Support Officer to join our busy team. The main purpose of the Case Support Officer role is to provide support to the case management function of the Fitness to Practise department by completing a variety of allocated tasks with very tight deadlines. These tasks help to ensure that Case Managers have the necessary information and support to work through cases and organise hearings. Your duties will include:

  • working with Case Managers in a collaborative manner and supporting them by effective and timely collection of information from a range of stakeholders
  • preparing a high volume of case and hearing documentation as well as redact highly confidential documents in compliance with Information Classification and Handling Policy

The successful candidate will have strong organisational and multi-tasking skills as well as an ability to work independently, in a high pressured fast paced environment and prioritise work to achieve deadlines. They will need to be able to communicate with team members and various stakeholders in a collaborative manner.
