Your Role
As the Business Manager you will:
* Be the go-to person for the Chair and CEO, ensuring their priorities are met and their time is maximized
* Lead and inspire our Executive Support Officers to deliver excellent diary management and admin support to the Executive Leadership Team
* Coordinate high-profile meetings and corporate reports
* Drive forward engagement plans and internal visibility for the Chair and CEO
* Monitor progress on the Corporate Plan
What We're Looking For
We are seeking someone who:
* Is a strategic thinker with exceptional planning and organizational skills.
* Has proven experience in executive support management and working to tight deadlines.
* Has strong interpersonal and influencing skills for liaising with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
* Has an ability to produce high-quality reports and briefings.
* Is tech-savvy with solid knowledge of MS Office and digital tools.

Location: Hybrid working with a mandatory attendance of 1-2 days a week at our office in London
